Is my inventory data secure?
Your Excel or CSV data is processed in your browser for barcode generation rather than uploaded to our server for processing. Account features may store generated files or account data separately, so review our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How does the high-res ZIP export work?
Premium users can export generated barcodes as individual high-resolution PNG or JPG files packaged into a ZIP archive. This is useful when individual barcode images are needed for design templates or inventory systems.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can manage your billing cycle, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing tab in your Account Dashboard. There are no hidden fees or lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my labels limit on the Standard plan?
If you reach the Standard plan's 5,000-label monthly limit, additional Standard usage is restricted until the next billing cycle. If you regularly process larger batches, Premium provides a higher-volume workflow.
