At BulkBarcode Generator ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and your proprietary corporate data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our SaaS platform (collectively, the "Service").
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we provide enterprise-grade logistics tools to users worldwide. By accessing the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with a powerful software experience and maintain your account, we collect specific types of information:
- Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you utilize Google OAuth, we collect your basic profile information (name and email) provided securely by Google.
- Log Data: Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
- Analytics Data: We automatically collect non-personally identifiable information using tools like Google Analytics to help us optimize server capacity and UX design.

We use third-party advertising companies, specifically Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

3. Billing & Payment Processing
We do not collect or store your credit card details, banking information, or billing address on our servers.
All premium subscription payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you are interacting directly with Lemon Squeezy’s secure checkout architecture. They handle the financial transaction, fraud detection, and tax compliance on our behalf. You can review how they protect your payment data by visiting the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
4. How We Handle Your Excel & Inventory Data
We understand that your product lists, SKUs, and inventory databases are highly sensitive business assets. When you use our software to generate barcode labels, we adhere to a strict Zero-Retention Processing Policy:
- Client-Side Rendering: When you upload a
.XLSXor.CSVfile to the workspace, our proprietary engine processes the mathematical generation of the barcodes entirely within your computer's local browser memory (RAM). - No Permanent Storage of Raw Files: Your raw uploaded spreadsheets are never permanently transmitted to or stored on our cloud servers. Once your batch is processed and your PDF or ZIP is compiled, the temporary session data is discarded.
- Dashboard History: For your convenience, the mathematical parameters of your generation (e.g., barcode type, quantity, and SKU string) may be logged in your account History so you can re-download batches. You may instantly delete this history from your dashboard at any time.
5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have specific rights regarding your personal data under global data protection laws (such as the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California):
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can update your account information directly from your dashboard.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated history data by contacting our support team.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information: Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Service is an enterprise B2B tool and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. We advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
