BulkBarcode

仓储解决方案

本支柱页汇总仓储条形码运营场景,从货位与箱位标签到内部流转追踪及出库准备。

Warehouse labeling runs at a different scale than a storefront: thousands of bin, rack and pallet labels that need to stay sequential, scan cleanly on handheld RF scanners, and survive cold storage or dusty floors. Generate long sequential runs, SSCC pallet labels, or Code128 bin tags in one batch, export as a print-ready PDF roll, and keep numbering consistent across every aisle.

Facility mapping: bin nomenclature that actually helps pickers

A barcode with no accompanying text tells a picker nothing until it's scanned. The standard convention is Aisle-Rack-Shelf-Bin — a tag reading A12-R04-S02-B09 tells a worker exactly where to walk without checking a map. Printing that title directly above the barcode (rather than relying on the barcode alone) is what actually reduces mis-shelving on the floor.

Workflow: from your WMS matrix to printed rack tags

  1. Export your bin location matrix (Aisle-Rack-Shelf) from your ERP or WMS as CSV or Excel.
  2. Upload and map columns in the workspace, enabling "Show Title Above" so the location code prints as readable text, not just a barcode.
  3. Set physical tag dimensions (e.g. 100x50mm for rack tags) so the barcode scales correctly for distance scanning.
  4. Export a continuous PDF roll for your industrial thermal printer.

QR codes vs. Code 128 for racking

FAQ

Should I use QR codes or Code 128 for warehouse racks?

Code 128 if your hardware is older 1D laser scanners; QR if you have modern 2D imagers and want a larger, denser tag for high-rack visibility.

Can I generate aisle labels in bulk without typing each one?

Yes — use the sequential generator to auto-increment (Aisle 1, Aisle 2, …), or upload your full WMS location matrix as a spreadsheet to print the whole facility in one batch.
