1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BulkBarcode Generator website and SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials (information or software) on BulkBarcode Generator's website for personal or commercial logistics and labeling purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server without an Enterprise license.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (Standard, Business Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Dashboard settings, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Limitations

In no event shall BulkBarcode Generator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of inventory, rejection at fulfillment centers, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the barcodes generated on this platform.
