Stop paying Amazon's expensive labeling fees. Export your FNSKU list from Seller Central and instantly generate perfectly formatted, compliant thermal labels in bulk.
How to print FNSKU labels in bulk
Our engine automatically formats your Amazon export into compliant Code-128 barcodes.
Export from Amazon
Go to your Amazon Seller Central inventory page. Select your products and choose the option to download your inventory list as a .CSV or .TXT file.
Upload & Select Code-128
Upload the file into our workspace. Amazon strictly requires the Code-128 symbology. Ensure this is selected in the configuration panel, along with your label size.
Download PDF Roll
Export your entire shipment batch as a continuous, high-resolution PDF document perfectly sized for Zebra, Rollo, or Dymo thermal printers.
100% Amazon Compliant FNSKU Formatting
Amazon fulfillment centers are notoriously strict. If your barcodes cannot be scanned, your inventory gets rejected, or you get charged an unplanned prep fee. Our engine is calibrated for success.
-
Include Product Titles Amazon requires the product name to be printed above the barcode. Our software automatically places your title perfectly.
-
Required Blank Space (Quiet Zones) We automatically calculate the necessary white space ("quiet zone") around the edges of the Code-128 symbol so Amazon scanners never fail.
-
Custom Thermal Sizes Set exact millimeter dimensions (e.g., 50x30mm) so the exported PDF perfectly aligns with your thermal label roll.

FBA Barcode FAQs
What barcode format does Amazon FBA require?
Amazon requires the Code-128 barcode format for all FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit) labels. Code-128 is highly scannable and supports both the letters and numbers required for Amazon tracking IDs.
What information must be included on an FBA label?
According to Amazon's official prep requirements, an FNSKU label must clearly display three things: 1) The barcode itself (Code-128), 2) The FNSKU alphanumeric code printed directly below the barcode, and 3) The Product Title printed above or below the barcode.
How much does this tool cost compared to Amazon Prep Services?
Amazon currently charges a per-item fee (often $0.55 per unit) if you require them to apply barcodes for you. Our BulkBarcode Generator is completely free to test, and our Premium plan allows for unlimited exports, saving high-volume sellers thousands of dollars per year in prep fees.
