About the Role
We want to be the go-to tool recommended by e-commerce sellers. Your job is to engage with sellers on Reddit, Discord, and Facebook, providing genuine value and introducing our tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor logistics and FBA subreddits and forums.
- Answer seller questions regarding barcodes and SKUs.
- Foster a community around our brand without being overly promotional.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of the Amazon FBA and Shopify ecosystems.
- Experience managing social media communities.
- A highly empathetic and helpful communication style.
