Are these QR codes Static or Dynamic? Do they expire?
Our tool generates Static QR Codes. This means the data you enter (whether it is a URL, text, or serial number) is mathematically encoded directly into the pixel pattern of the image itself. Because they do not rely on third-party redirect servers, they are completely free to scan and will never expire.
Can I generate QR codes with custom colors and titles?
Yes! Click the Advanced Settings gear icon in the workspace. You can choose to show or hide the text/URL beneath the code, adjust the font sizes, and select custom ink and paper background colors to match your branding. Always ensure high contrast (dark ink on a light background) so mobile phone cameras can scan them instantly.
How many QR codes can I generate at once from a CSV?
Because our Enterprise Workspace utilizes advanced client-side processing, your CSV data is processed locally in your browser's memory. This allows you to safely generate up to 75,000 QR codes in a single batch. For lists larger than 5,000 items, we recommend exporting as a PDF Roll rather than a ZIP archive to prevent browser memory limits from pausing your download.
