By accessing, registering for, or utilizing the BulkBarcode Generator website, SaaS platform, or associated APIs (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, registered users, enterprise clients, and others who access the Service.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our software.
2. Description of the Service
BulkBarcode provides a cloud-based software utility designed to facilitate the rapid creation, formatting, and exportation of inventory tracking codes. Our platform acts as a bulk barcode generator, offering the following core functionalities:
- Data Import: The ability to convert Excel arrays via .XLSX or .CSV spreadsheet uploads, sequential generation rules, or manual text input.
- Symbology Formatting: Support for industry-standard retail and logistics codes, including UPC-A, EAN-13, Code-128, and Code-39.
- Export Capabilities: The processing of data to generate barcode labels in various formats, including high-resolution ZIP archives and continuous vector PDF rolls calibrated for thermal printers.
3. Enterprise Capabilities & Usage Limits
To ensure server stability and equitable access for all users, the Service employs a proprietary asynchronous rendering engine. Usage is subject to the following technical stipulations:
- Batch Limits: Our engine is designed to process up to 75,000 barcodes in a single batch. Attempting to manipulate browser limits or bypass payload restrictions to exceed this limit may result in temporary account suspension.
- Fair Use: Subscribers are granted access to generate barcodes based on their specific plan tiers. Account sharing, automated scraping, or programmatic API access without an explicit Enterprise License is strictly prohibited.
- Storage: We provide a "Generation History" dashboard for convenience; however, we do not guarantee the perpetual storage of your exported PDF or ZIP files. Users are responsible for downloading and archiving their own files locally.
4. User Responsibilities & Barcode Accuracy
BulkBarcode Generator is strictly a formatting and design utility. We do not register, assign, or authorize the numerical data you input. When you use our tool to create product barcodes for retail, warehousing, or Amazon FBA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Data Validation: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your UPC or EAN numbers are officially registered with GS1 or the appropriate regulatory body.
- Pre-Print Testing: You agree to print a test sample and verify its readability with a physical barcode scanner before initiating any high-volume, bulk print runs.
- Third-Party Compliance: We do not guarantee that the labels generated will meet the ever-changing compliance standards of third-party fulfillment centers.
We explicitly disclaim all liability for rejected inventory, shipping delays, relabeling fees, or financial losses caused by unreadable, incorrectly formatted, or misapplied barcodes generated via our Service.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
As a condition of your use of the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Utilize the platform to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or counterfeit tracking codes intended to mislead logistics providers or retail systems.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our rendering engine.
- Resell or "white-label" our generated PDF rolls or ZIP files to third-party clients as a standalone service without an explicit commercial resale agreement.
- Upload malicious payloads, macros, or viruses disguised within .CSV or .XLSX spreadsheet uploads.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, & Merchant of Record
Access to our advanced bulk barcode generator features requires a paid SaaS subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information to Lemon Squeezy, you authorize the automatic charge to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the conclusion of your currently paid billing period.
7. Refund Policy

8. Data Privacy & Intellectual Property
Your Data: When you upload a spreadsheet to use our software, the data is processed asynchronously. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary inventory data. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed insights into our secure client-side rendering practices.
Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BulkBarcode and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BulkBarcode, its affiliates, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Under no circumstances will BulkBarcode be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
