2. The 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all new subscribers. If you purchase a Standard or Premium plan and find that our platform does not meet your business needs, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Your subscription will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• After 14 Days: Refund requests made after the initial 14-day period has passed will be denied.
• Renewal Charges: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your plan before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
• Abuse of Service: If we detect that a user has generated tens of thousands of labels to fulfill a one-time project and then requested a refund within the 14-day window to avoid payment, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Account Dashboard.

When you cancel: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will not be charged again. After the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, and your generation limits will be restricted accordingly. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

5. GS1 Barcode Numbers Disclaimer

Please note that BulkBarcode Generator provides the software to generate the physical barcode graphics (lines and spaces). We do not sell the underlying numeric GTINs or official UPC numbers. If you require official GS1 numbers, you must purchase them directly from GS1. We cannot offer refunds because you purchased our software assuming it included official GS1 prefix registration.
